Meet our Owners
We are both happy and sad to announce that our founders, Bill and Ellen Cooper, are retiring. We’re happy that they will enjoy a much earned retirement. We are sad because we’ll miss them, but probably not too much because we expect they’ll visit us frequently.
We are both joyous and excited to announce that Chad and Amy have purchased Bella Aquila. We expect the transition to be seamless because we’ve been transitioning for the last year; we’ve actually been transitioning since before the doors opened because this was always our plan.
The only personnel change are Nicole Grasska has been promoted to General Manager and James Furrer has been promoted to Sous Chef.
We’re looking forward to many more years of providing great food with excellent service.
