Bella Aquila was founded in Eagle, Idaho by Bill Cooper and Ellen Cooper in 2009, who set out to create an inviting fine-dining restaurant experience with exceptional customer service. Their continued success throughout these years is a result of hard work, a trusted staff, and of course, excellent food and wine. Bella Aquila is best known for it's contemporary take on Italian cuisine, inspired by the classic dishes and flavors of Italy.
When visiting Bella Aquila, customers are greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere with several distinct dining experiences available. Customers can either be seated in the main dining room, on the patio with a view of the beautiful Boise River, or choose a seat at the bar to enjoy some fine wines, beers, and spirits.
